Oh what fun, sweet Ari is turning One!
How a year went by this quickly, I will never understand! As much as I will miss my baby being little, I can't wait to enjoy all the new milestones ahead! Being one means baby is so much more interactive and that truly opens up the possibilities for fun!
Truthfully, while sitting in the middle of another Wisconsin winter snowstorm, my mind looks forward to summer and all the possibilities it holds! Below are a few ideas that I'm considering for equipping my one-year-old in the upcoming months. First, wardrobe.
These cute bodysuits are too adorable! Perfect for a casual day while still being stylish!
Carter's Bodysuits
For the day at the beach, I love this swimsuit! One of our first vacations with Ari was in Arizona and that sun is intense! Did you know that babies aren't recommended to wear sunscreen till 6 months old? I didn't, and Ari was only 4 months old on our trip! I had already bought one of the best recommended organic sunscreens and realized it was useless! Let me save you the stress and research, invest in a long-sleeve swimsuit! With 50+SPF, this type of swimsuit works great and really helped ease my mind about not having sunscreen. Here's one we're looking at this year, they have lots of other really cute styles too!

Beyond the fashion, a good toy is always useful with this age group. This summer we're hoping to fully enjoy the outdoors with baby's new mobility and these toys offer some fun ideas.
I already can't wait for time with my baby in the backyard. This toy is simple, yet adds a fun feature to explore while crawling in the grass.
The Cozy Coupe is a classic! One of my favorite toys as a child, I'm so excited for my daughter to "Fred Flinstone" into some great memories! There are multiple color options available; we love this pink one for our little girl!
Finally, we loved this water table for lots of fun activity time outside! Ari loves playing in the water and this is such a nice option for her to be able to enjoy that without Mom having to transport and fill a pool all summer ;)

Hope this information helps spark some ideas for your summer plans! If you have experience with other fun summer toys, we'd love to hear from you! Leave a comment below and we'll be sure to check other ideas out too! #cantwait4summer
